Isauro Cruz Lara, manager of the Association of Hotels of Cozumel, commented that in spite of the fact that Mexico just had a "long weekend", the figures of occupancy were maintained a little above 43 percent.

Indicating that to November 15, the hotels reported on the whole around 1,500 busy rooms, which represents 43,36 percent of the total available rooms in the island, which are 3,457 rooms.

The month of December is approaching, the hotel occupation recovers more still, and that comply the high season can arrive to 80 percent of busy rooms, which would be during all the month of January and February.
