The Municipal Executive commented, that probably for the month of January, the American will present his proposal of investments. He indicated that said proposed, should be delivered with its Environmental Impact Thesis duty, which along with the plans of the foreigner will be revised by the Municipal City Hall. They will not be given the licenses to start its project until show the viablity of his ideas, and that this will not result in damage to the ecology.

Ortega Joaquín, aimed that Cozumel welcomes all the projects of investments, that produce sources of employment, whenever those do not put an end to the flora and fauna of this tropical island.
