A total of 86 cruisers arrived at the island during the month of November. In the first eleven months elapsed of the present year we have been already received 2 million 222 thousand 726 passengers and 797 thousand crew members that have disembarked in the island of Cozumel, propping up our place as the main port of cruisers of our country.

The Integral Harbor Administration, API, of the island of Cozumel, brought to light the official statistics of the industry of cruisers in the eleven months of 2007.

According to these figures, up to now have arrived at the island a total of 907 cruise ships. The months of more asset use up to now have been January and March, both with 131 monthly cruisers, while the most modest month up to now has been the month of September with 48 arrivals.

The island continues being the main port of call for the cruisers in the route of the western Caribbean, surpassing already three million people received between January and November, counting so much the passengers as to the crew members.

This throws a total of 3 million 19 thousand 743 people, that is more or less the same quantity of people that has arrived at the Riviera Maya and Cancun, with the difference being that the cruise passengers remain in the port an average Of ten hours.
